Services Included with Your Membership

Office visits at DocPlusMe provide comprehensive, personalized primary care, including:

Thorough review of your medical, family, social, and medication history
Comprehensive Family Medicine and Geriatric care
Medication management and prescription refills
Ordering and reviewing laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
Coordination of care and referrals to specialists when appropriate
Telehealth visits when you are traveling or unable to come to the office
Convenient appointment scheduling
In-office EKGs
In-office testing for blood glucose, urinary tract infections, COVID-19, influenza, and strep throat
Joint injections and aspirations
Incision and drainage of appropriate superficial abscesses
Minor laceration repair using sutures or medical adhesive
Basic wound care
Earwax removal and irrigation

Services Available for an Additional Fee

Nurse-administered injection: $15
In-office blood draw: $30
Includes collection, specimen preparation, and shipment to the appropriate laboratory.
Home blood draw: $85
Home visit: $60

DocPlusMe members who pay out of pocket have access to deeply discounted laboratory testing, often at prices substantially below standard retail rates. Pricing depends on the specific tests ordered and will be explained whenever possible before testing.

Home visits and procedures are provided when medically appropriate, within the scope of Family Medicine, and subject to availability. Medication, vaccine, outside laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, and specialist charges are not included in the membership fee.

Simple, Transparent Membership Pricing

Full-Time Membership

Individual membership: $135 per month
Two-person household membership: $220 per month
Each additional household member: $55 per month

Snowbird Membership

For established part-time Southwest Florida residents who live elsewhere for approximately six months each year and maintain a primary care physician near their other residence:

Individual snowbird membership: $80 per month
Two-person snowbird household membership: $130 per month

Snowbird membership is billed continuously for all 12 months and cannot be paused or canceled seasonally. In-person care is available when members are in Southwest Florida. Telehealth while members are away may be available when medically appropriate, subject to internet availability and applicable state licensing requirements.

Registration Fee

One-time registration fee: $90 per person for the first two household members
No additional registration fee for other household members

Payment Options

Automatic bank draft is our preferred payment method and has no processing fee. Payments made by credit card include a $5 convenience fee per transaction.

Affordable Healthcare Beyond Your Membership

DocPlusMe works to identify affordable options for laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and prescription medications. Self-pay members have access to deeply discounted laboratory testing, often at prices substantially below standard retail rates.

There are no copays for office visits and no hidden membership charges. DocPlusMe is a Direct Primary Care practice and is not affiliated with any HMO or insurance company.

Employer Memberships

DocPlusMe offers employer-sponsored Direct Primary Care memberships for businesses with three or more enrolled employees. Membership is a flat $100 per employee per month, regardless of business size, with no registration fee. Contact DocPlusMe to learn more about offering personalized, accessible primary care as an employee benefit.

Pre-Surgical Medical Clearance

DocPlusMe provides comprehensive pre-surgical medical evaluations for patients undergoing elective surgical procedures.

Current DocPlusMe Members: Pre-surgical clearance is included with your membership at no additional charge.

Non-DocPlusMe Members — $260

The $260 pre-surgical clearance package includes:

Physician evaluation
EKG
Standard preoperative laboratory testing
Completed pre-surgical medical clearance note

Additional testing or imaging requested by the surgeon or surgical facility is not included and may involve additional charges. Medical clearance is based on the physician’s evaluation and test results.
