Members should not email DocPlusMe with medical questions, prescription requests, appointment requests, photographs, or other personal information. Email is not monitored as part of our regular patient communication system.

Please contact the DocPlusMe team through Elation Passport or Spruce.

 

Elation Passport

Use the secure Elation Passport patient portal for:

• Nonurgent medical questions

• Prescription refill requests

• Questions about laboratory or imaging results

• Reviewing messages and documents from DocPlusMe

• Other routine requests

Our telephone and text communication system is powered by Spruce, a healthcare communication platform.

 

Spruce Patient App

The free Spruce patient app is available for iPhone and Android. Once you receive an invitation from DocPlusMe and connect your account, you can securely exchange messages, photographs, videos, and documents with the practice. Spruce can also be accessed through a web browser.
